We are a local Appleton, WI team of six (Penelope the boy cat not pictured) with a passion of helping others. We (Amber & Tim) have journeyed different paths when it comes to real estate but decided to take it on full time in the fall of 2019.

Tim’s experience comes from helping his father with projects around his childhood home at an early age, to then designing and subcontracting two homes his senior year of high school. With a strong business background and a love of working with his hands he has always wanted to be part of real estate investing.

Amber brings the softer side to the team with her attention to detail and in depth knowledge of interior design. She was really able to hone her skills while working for a home builder–designing, bidding and staging 50+ homes a year. Creating an on-trend yet comfortable family space has always been her passion.

We joined forces nearly a decade ago when purchasing and completely renovating our own home. This massive project helped us realize what an effective team we are and how much we enjoy the many facets of real estate investing.

As a family we love to travel around this beautiful country and spend as much time in nature as possible. Lazy days at Grammy and Grampy’s house hanging around the pond and back yard gatherings with our friends and neighbors are some of our favorite things!
