Big day today we offical refied our first commerci

Big day today we offical refied our first commercial project into long term financing. It was a joint effort with @professionalpropertycleanout and our largest project to date. We ended up with office space, storage, and a fully remodeled 2 bed/ 1 bath apartment. So many skills and lessons learned but most importantly a wonderful partnership was forged through the long hours and absolutely terrible spring weather 😬
Well we looking for our next project and as always we aren't scared of really anything so send us all the ugly ones 😉

They say this business isn't for everyone and when a day starts like it did yesterday you might believe that but when you surround yourself with good people and stay positive you can always work things out.
Yesterday started with what we thought was a small leak in a ceiling, to half the ceiling falling down as it it was filled with water. Then not even 48 hours later we installed an entire kitchen and more importantly I was able to teach someone a new skill.
Real estate investing is a tough business but like everything in life you can choose to be negative or you can choose to be positive 😃
